160 beats per min.... thats how fast my lil miracle baby heart is pumping when we saw lil on last sat. as i lay on the bed with hubby behind me, bot our eyes fixed on the large lcd tv, there lay my lil miracle baby so small and cute, so comfortable in its place - my womb. i can't believe it. then the heartbeat. it was racing and super fast but it normal. :) the next funny thing was, my baby was moving all 4 limbs!!!! baby look so cute. Dr juliana abu says "see ur baby is waving Hi to u" so now after the scan its comfirmed i am now only 9 weeks 4 days. estimated date for delivery will be 28/9/2006! great, dalam bulan ramadhan... i have the lil one's pic but i am not uploading it yet coz its not that clear. i have kept it in a safe place....
next 2 weeks will be the blood tests and we have decided to do the down syndrom test. jt to put my mind at ease, i always have this feeling, weird and scary feeling that my baby will not be perfect. so i will have it done. i want the best for my baby no matter how much it will cost me. the test itself will cost us 300+. it is good coz i will be able to detect abnormalities and birth defects as well as any heart problem before the baby is in the 2nd trimester. Insya Allah everything will turn out fine....
since our last visit and our very first 'introduction' to lil one, the image of baby waving with its tiny lil legs kicking been playing in my mind and i love every moment of it. it makes me feel so happy and proud. i am sure hubby himself was touched by the image....
today i was the merlion.... yup... i hate train rides. smelly smelly ppl!!!! bad breath, strong perfumes.... pls... i was controlling myself fm vomiting in the train but as soon as i reached ttsh taxi stand, while i was sitting down bluuuuuuueeewwwwkkkkkkk.... kind of projectile jt imagine merlion, thats how i look... and i vomited on my jeans and i started crying. for wat reasons i dont know. so, today i went back home wearing the scrub. mom was great she cooked me fried rice her special recipe and i went there jt to have tt. took taxi to and back home coz i do not want to be seen in my scrubs... hehehhe... most of the colleagues even the cleaner che chi told me my baby is boy... but we shall see... to me wat matters most is that my baby is normal and healthy....
p/s i think lil merlion is a great nickname for me coz i vomited alot.... heheh
